Key Responsibilities:

  • Research new equipment and technology; make recommendations.

  • Maintain all end-user equipment, work stations, plotters, printers, copiers, etc.

  • Act as an IT Help Desk resource for the company. Troubleshoot end-user problems and assist in day-to-day software and hardware malfunctions.

Education, Experience & Knowledge

Any combination of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science and 1 year work-related experience or 3 years equivalent experience in administering and maintaining business related hardware and software. Sound understanding of Windows 7 Professional, MS Office 2010, setting up and configuring hardware to include workstations, printers, plotters, scanners, cell phones and copiers. An understanding of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SQL, Server 2008 and web design a plus.
