Full Circle Thinking

Fuscoe Engineering provided civil engineering and construction staking services from conceptual design through construction administration. The desired site plan and relationship of programmatic elements required intricate grading design and a surgical execution of the underground utility network to service all the proposed facilities. Fuscoe relied heavily on AutoDesk Civil3D software to create a massive underground utility network model for conflict resolution as well as for creating surface models for earthworks. All uses in the Village meet LEED certification standards, including progressive stormwater quality best management practices such as rainwater harvesting and reuse for irrigation, infiltration to recharge groundwater aquifers, permeable pavements, biofiltration planters and on-site detention to reduce stormwater peak flows leaving the site.
