Carolina is a vital member of Fuscoe’s Inland Empire team. A conscientious and detail-oriented professional, Carolina has proven abilities in hydrology and hydraulics, water quality and erosion control plans preparation, Civil 3D modeling and underground utility design. She has exceptional problem-solving skills and is renowned for devising innovative solutions for engineering challenges.
Carolina has a broad range of experience throughout the Inland Empire, from schools and educational facilities to single- and multi-family residential complexes and commercial developments and hospitals. Some of her significant projects include the New Model Colony (NMC) Grand Park, Jongsma, Ontario Gateway Grand Park, West Haven and Esperanza residential communities in Ontario, Bonita Canyon Gateway mixed-use and Brasada residential projects in San Dimas, Kaiser Permanente South Bay Replacement Hospital and Lakeside Park in Harbor City, and Beaumont High School Stadium Complex and Beaumont USD Support Facilities in Beaumont, among others.

Carolina resides in the city of Rancho Cucamonga with her husband, Luis, and children Pablo Esteban and Marcoandres.
