BIM + IPD = Successful Project Delivery
Fuscoe combines Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) technologies to efficiently achieve the collaboration required for economical designs and successful projects. BIM is a collaborative process used to design, analyze and model a project from conception to completion and beyond. IPD is a project delivery method that allows design professionals to collaboratively optimize project results.
“The BIM and IPD process produces 3D modeling for design collaboration, clash detection and cost analysis before construction begins, saving stakeholders time and money.”
John Olivier, PE | President
