Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining all end-user equipment, work stations, plotters, printers, copiers, etc.

  • Act as an IT Help Desk resource for the company. Troubleshoot end-user problems and assist in day-to-day software and hardware malfunctions.

  • Assist the Systems and Network Administrator’s as necessary.

Education, Experience & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science and familiarity with administering and maintaining business related hardware and software. Understanding of Windows 10 Professional, Microsoft Office 2016, setting up and configuring hardware, including work stations, printers, plotters, scanners, cell phones and copiers. An understanding in AutoCAD, Civil 3D a plus. Must demonstrate strong customer service skills which require patience, willingness to listen and give instructions.
