Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on special projects including virtual reality, game engine development, augmented reality and optical capture modeling (from drone raw data sources).

  • Create 3D models and animations of civil engineering and architectural projects.

  • Assist the GIS team in the enhancement of GIS related products, view simulations, and graphics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and collaborate on emerging virtual technologies (virtual, augmented, game engine) to create visualization tools and products for development clients.

  • Create and prepare 3D terrain models for integration into land development projects.

  • Merge 3D architectural building models with 3D point cloud models for accurate representation of proposed projects and to benefit virtual and augmented reality tools.

Education, Experience & Knowledge

  • Requires junior or higher-level coursework completed in an accredited Bachelor’ degree program in Digital Graphics, 3D Media & Arts, or Game Engine Development.

  • Experience using, 3-D Studio Max, Unreal Editor 4, Adobe Photoshop.

  • Demonstrated experience with texture and material skills, UVW unwrapping skills, basic lighting skills and basic modeling skills ideal.

  • Familiarity with blueprint creation in Unreal Engine 4 desired.
