• Identify design criteria plus plan and execute effective designs focused on exceeding client expectations.
  • Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
  • Assist Project Manager with admin and finance tasks such as invoicing, budget monitoring, proposals, change orders, timecard review for team and attend meetings as required.


Any combination of a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university and civil engineering design experience totaling ten years; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three years of experience as the central design figure for a team as well as experience mentoring and overseeing technical aspects of projects is required. EIT certification required. PE license or ability to obtain PE license within two years of hire/promotion is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.
