Create deliverable documents for clients including cost estimates, schedules, proposals, reports, letters and other correspondence.
Provide proactive support service to various managers and their teams including filing, scheduling meetings, screening phone calls, drafting correspondence, ordering printing and shipping, tracking submittals and deliveries, and assisting with the plan approval process.
Support corporate and team goals, strengthening and reinforcing the company culture and brand.
Provide daily back-up support for the front desk.
Education, Experience & Knowledge
Two years of college and minimum two years of administrative support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism a must. Ability to be thorough and have exceptional follow through is key. Previous experience in an administrative role in an Architecture/Engineer/Construction or professional services firm is strongly desired.
