Ian is a firm Principal and Fuscoe’s Stormwater Management team leader. His specialty is water resources, with an emphasis in water quality regulations and Resource Agency interaction. Ian is currently working as a consultant to several cities in Orange County for the development, implementation and training of numerous stormwater programs. He is also serving as the lead water quality design consultant for Del Mar Fairgrounds and regularly interacts with the RWQCB and County of Orange on water quality issues, grant opportunities and LID solutions. In addition, Ian is leading a multi-agency collaborative effort to restore an upstream reach of Fullerton Creek to improve water quality and habitat within the Coyote Creek watershed.
Ian’s technical background in water quality combined with his engineering and regulatory experience at FEI provides clients with a uniquely skilled leader, able to work with stakeholders, regulatory agencies and other consultants.
Ian’s professional emphasis is also reflected in his athletic accomplishments as a triathlete and waterman, however, his favorite moments are spent with his wife and two children.
