Dino has extensive experience in the civil engineering field and has directed a vast variety of professional assignments. His experience in land development spans project management, entitlement, design and processing of numerous residential, commercial, institutional and public projects throughout Southern California and includes grading, drainage and pavement design, hydrologic / hydraulic analysis and design and tract map preparation and processing. In the public works sector, he has completed street and roadway projects, as well as storm drain and utility improvements for numerous cities and agencies. A results-focused professional who is both budget-conscious and resourceful, Dino fosters trust and credibility with clients. In addition to his superb organizational skills, Dino’s comprehensive knowledge of the policies and procedures of regulatory agencies in the area makes him a valuable asset for Fuscoe Engineering and those clients he serves.
Dino has worked on a number of significant projects, including Marriott Residence Inns, Anaheim Packing District (Farmers Park, Packing House & Packard Building), Los Alamitos Race Course 1-mile track expansion, Crystal Cove State Park Ph.3 Infrastructure Improvements, American Red Cross building at Cal Poly Pomona’s Innovation Village, and multiple master planned communities, including Serrano Heights, Del Rio, Turtle Ridge and Rio Santiago, among others. Sailing, skiing and deep sea sport fishing are all activities that fill Dino’s leisure time.
