Jeff’s professional experience spans over 30 years in Southern California, where he has directed the engineering design of a number of substantial public and private projects. Jeff has recently focused his efforts towards large residential master-planned communities, including site and development opportunity analysis, regulatory processing, entitlement engineering functions and infrastructure design. Jeff has extensive experience in road and highway work, particularly with public transportation projects, many involving Caltrans. He has been heavily involved in the design of all Orange County toll roads. Jeff has also overseen entitlement, design and construction phases of numerous office and industrial parks, retail centers, multi-family and single-family residential projects.
Jeff has lent his expertise to a number of significant recent projects, including Tongva Park & Ken Genser Square in Santa Monica, Dana Point Harbor Revitalization, The Marke Apartments in Santa Ana, Ponte Vista Master Planned Community in San Pedro, Brasada Master Planned Community in San Dimas, and Mountain Park Master Planned Community in Anaheim. In addition to his experience with civil engineering projects, Jeff also serves as the technical design engineer for the Stormwater Management team. His professional background includes storm water management analysis and design, water quality analysis and design, drainage and flood control analysis and design, hillside grading and wet utility infrastructure design. In his personal time, Jeff enjoys playing a round of golf and visiting with family.
