A recent and welcome newcomer to Fuscoe San Diego’s management team, Julian has 17 years of project and design management, construction support and inspection experience related to commercial and retail land development, schools and subdivisions. Julian is a seasoned professional, with demonstrated technical capabilities. He also possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has proven to be both a great team player and a gifted leader. Julian’s enthusiastic approach to his work, and his commitment to project goals and budgeting results in overwhelming client satisfaction.
Known as “Spider”, Julian is quite the multi-tasker, able to take on and problem-solve a web of issues quickly and efficiently.
Julian’s design skills include extensive site planning, grading, stormwater, sewer and wet utility layout, off-site street design, and permanent BMP design/layout. He has prepared numerous plans in compliance with regulatory agency requirements, including San Diego Regional Standard Drawings, Caltrans Specifications, and standard specifications for public works construction. His report writing skills include generating drainage and water quality/SWQMP reports for projects in San Diego, Riverside, Orange and Los Angeles counties.
Julian is currently working on the Heritage Road Retail Center in Chula Vista for Baldwin & Sons, Seabreeze Farms Senior Housing in San Diego for SRM Development, San Marcos Coffee Drive Thru for CCI-Consultants Collaborative, 516 Tenth Avenue Mixed-Use Project in San Diego for Cowboy Partners, and Mission Gorge Multi-Family Residential Project in San Diego for G. H. Palmer Associates. Some of Julian’s past significant projects include the 120-mile SDG&E Sunrise Powerlink, San Diego Unified School District projects, Sony Electronics Corporate Headquarters, and McDonald’s San Diego/Orange County on-site relocation projects.
