Justin Pallamary

Justin is a Licensed Land Surveyor with over 25 years experience in Southern California. He has a wide range of surveying expertise, both in office and out in the field. Justin has worked closely with architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, grading contractors, attorneys, GIS companies, homeowners and community planning groups. He has provided an array of services, including site, boundary, topo and ALTA surveys for both private firms and public municipalities, including the County of San Diego and cities and agencies throughout the San Diego and Inland Empire regions.

Justin is one of California’s only “Certified Ground Penetrating Radar Specialists” and was certified through GSSI in Oregon. This specialty, including the expert use of the Vivax underground locator and both GPS and GIS programs, sets Justin apart. He spent one year on the job training, using a hands-on approach with geophysical survey equipment, including Ground Penetrating Radar location layout, electronic analysis and underground wire layout, location, reduction and drafting into a 3D CAD environment, while interfacing with GIS and Bluebeam Software.

Justin has provided services for all types of projects, including residential developments in downtown San Diego, large-scale master plans, hotel and restaurant projects in the Port of San Diego area, mixed-use, multi-family, K-12 and University projects, and Caltrans and federal government work.

Justin is an expert consultant in boundary disputes mediations and is highly skilled in site surveys. He directly supervises each job and is hands on throughout the entire life of a project. With his varied background, Justin quickly and efficiently completes projects, meeting both goals and budgets.
