Keith has over ten years of progressive civil engineering experience in the design of both public and private projects. He has a demonstrated ability to design and analyze construction documents, including plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs and proposals. Keith is a creative, collaborative professional who is able to efficiently work on complex projects of all types, both in-house and at construction sites. His core competencies include site design and development, LID design, grading, and underground utility design. A reliable, responsive project manager, Keith is also known for his strong communication and project coordination skills.
Over the course of his career, Keith has provided services for a number of notable clients, including Costco Wholesale, Rose Hills Memorial Park, Black Oak Development, The Dinerstein Company and Primestor. Keith’s primary emphasis at Fuscoe has been the lead design engineer for residential, retail, commercial, public agency, and park assignments. Keith’s projects have included various Rose Hills projects in Whittier, Olivo shopping center in Mission Hills, a Mixed-Use Residential Apartment Complex in Hawthorne, and a Senior Housing Facility and Shopping Center in Calimesa.
Keith’s significant past projects have encompassed major out-of-state assignments. In New Orleans, he was part of a joint effort with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to create a new floodwall to protect the Inner Harbor Navigation Channel from a 100-year storm event – an impressive enterprise that is the USACE’s largest design-build project to date. Based upon that experience, Keith was promoted and given a large role in the construction of a new multi-purpose building in the New Haven Connecticut Rail Yard as his firm’s only on-site representative.
