Miguel is a goal-driven civil engineer with over nine years of experience and management. He is a member of Fuscoe’s Los Angeles team, specializing in infill, public parks and multi-family/high density residential projects. He has also been responsible for the design and preparation of plans for highway, public works, transportation and sport facilities projects.
Miguel is well versed in Civil 3D and implements full circle thinking® in his designs and plans. His daily tasks consist of performing project coordination and agency communication leadership, as well as design of grading, site utilities and water quality plans and reports. He has provided services for a number of significant residential / high-rise / mixed-use projects, including AvalonBay West Hollywood for Avalon Communities, Inc., 3545 Wilshire VTTM for Jamison Properties, Hermosa Beach Hospitality for Bolour Associates, Modera Hollywood and The Village at Howard Hughes apartments for Mill Creek Residential Trust and Ashton Homes for Meritage Homes, among others. Miguel’s other significant projects include Expo Buffer Park in Santa Monica and Fullerton’s Hillcrest Park for Mia Lehrer & Associates and the Village at Westfield Topanga in Woodland Hills.
Miguel’s broad range of design, coordination and supervisory skills are amply exhibited in the top quality work he provides. His highly developed technical skills dovetail well with his conscientious attitude and leadership acumen, making him a positive asset to Fuscoe’s downtown Los Angeles office. During his free time, Miguel enjoys road cycling, mountain biking and trail running.
