The Camden Hollywood

The Camden Hollywood mixed-use high-rise, designed by TCA Architects, provides a highly desirable revitalizing boost to this urban community. Located at 1540 North Vine, within a block of an MTA Red Line station and major bus depot, this transit-oriented 7-story structure accommodates 287 market rate apartment units over 40,000 sf of retail space at ground level and two levels of subterranean garages with 750 parking spaces. Equinox Health Club comprises the bulk of the retail space and a 5th floor podium deck features landscaped courtyards with a unique treatment train approach to stormwater quality.

The Fuscoe team provided boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys as well as construction staking for this project. Fuscoe provided comprehensive civil services, from entitlement to design and construction plans. Designing stormwater plans that met Los Angeles City SUSMP requirements had proven challenging, due to site constraints.
