Project Description

1600 Vine at Hollywood & Vine

1600 Vine is a strikingly modern $264 million, 783,516 s.f. mixed-use, transit-oriented complex. This prominent project comprises three 12-story towers and one 8-story tower with 297 market-rate and 78 affordable apartment units over 32,595 s.f. of ground level retail space. A pool and spa, business/fitness center, lounge and rooftop terraces are among 1600 Vine’s impeccable amenities. A 215-space public parking lot serves the project, adjacent W Hotel and Residences and the Hollywood/Vine Red Line Metro Station, which lies directly below the project. Constructing the apartment complex without disrupting the Red Line Station’s daily operations was challenging. Other project issues entailed removal, protection and reinstallation of the Hollywood Walk of Fame sidewalk Stars as well as coordination with the architect and clients of two adjacent interconnected properties. Fuscoe’s services spanned all of its specialty practices.
