Celadon at 9th & Broadway

Celadon at 9th and Broadway, built by Turner Construction Company and designed by SVA Architects in collaboration with Studio E Architects, is an elegantly simple structure featuring a sizable four-story base with over 4,500 s.f. of retail and 4,000 s.f. of office space as well as a 250-unit 17-story affordable housing tower and underground parking. These apartment units include a mix of 300 s.f. flats, 400 s.f. studios and 600 s.f. one-bedroom residences for households with incomes ranging in the 30% to 60% of area median income. Resident amenities include a great room, kitchen, media room, supportive services office, seminar room, barbecues and garden.

The 9th and Broadway project contains expansive open spaces to encourage interaction between residents and restaurant, café and other active retail use patrons. This project was also designed for LEED Silver certification, with enhancements such as an eco-roof with drought tolerant planting; sustainable landscaping and open spaces; photovoltaic system; and highly efficient mechanical systems.
