Ideally located across from the Main Place Mall, this fashionable mixed-use complex comprises 58,000 s.f. of street level retail space for restaurants, shops and grocers, topped by 74 live-work units, 70 tuck-under townhomes, 98 courtyard townhomes, garages and open space parking. This flat infill site is rimmed by streets and a seven-story parking garage. The project was a collaborative effort involving four architectural firms: Nadel Architects, Inc.; Elkus/Mamfredi Architects, Ltd.; William Hezmalhalch Architects, Inc.; and Steven Ehrlich Architects.
Fuscoe Engineering produced preliminary and entitlement engineering for this project. Engineering site challenges included integrating the work of all the architects into a tight infill site. Additionally, due to the desirable locale, the City asked for increased density.
