Marriott Pacific Center Hotels

This $60M,196K s.f. project includes two four-story Marriott hotels: a 149-room Residence Inn and a 145-room Fairfield Inn & Suites. The 8.4-acre site also includes a 16K s.f. retail center designed for a mix of restaurant and business service retailers.

The project includes new design features for the utmost in innovative guest offerings and convenience. The Residence Inn offers spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom guest suites, leading technology, improved work areas, full kitchens and upscale bathrooms. Both hotels have numerous guest amenities, including outdoor areas with pools, spas, fire pits, sports courts, exercise rooms, convenience markets, breakfast areas, business centers and meeting space.

Fuscoe’s scope of work entailed comprehensive civil engineering tasks as well as a supplementary topographic survey and stormwater quality services, including an SWPPP, WQMP and Hydrology/Hydraulics Study. The project site spans the boundary of the cities of Tustin and Santa Ana and abuts State Highway 55. Cross jurisdictional issues with the cities and Caltrans required diligent and comprehensive coordination efforts by the Fuscoe team.
