Ontario Ranch Master Plan
Ontario Ranch is a portion of the former San Bernardino County Agricultural Preserve annexed by the City in 1999. The Ontario Ranch Master Plan encompasses 8,200 acres. Fuscoe is providing services for various developments within the Ranch.
- Grand Park Master Plan: Divides 320 acres into approximately 1,300 residential units, parks, trails and a new high school
- Esperanza: A GDC Investments 6 LP project, boasts 10 planning areas with 1,410 SF units, seven-acre park and school site
- Westhaven: A City Ventures development, represents over 700 units of varying product types, a school, park and commercial center
- Edenglen: A Brookfield development, offers 600 single-family units
Fuscoe is providing preliminary and final engineering design for these projects, including grading, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Site planning includes a portion of the regional park and recreation facilities for the City of Ontario. Various water quality treatments required planning options contingent on the timing of a regional wetlands facility. Due to new area infrastructure and multiple developers, project coordination was extensive.
