All of Fuscoe’s service offerings came into play for this LEED Silver certified project, including civil engineering, survey and mapping and stormwater management. The project entailed a variety of challenges: due to the tight confines of the .84-acre urban infill site, project utilities needed extensive rerouting, while the walkway tiles required precise grading to allow sheet flow drainage into the buildings’ concealed trench drains.
