Trevi at Orchard Hills

The prestigious Orchard Hills residential master plan is comprised of 12 distinct neighborhoods. Both the Trevi and Amelia developments are situated in The Groves, Orchard Hills’ most exclusive community. The limited collection of 37 Trevi hilltop estates is encompassed by olive groves and rose gardens and features sweeping views in all directions. These architecturally elegant homes are the largest in Orchard Hills, with up to seven bedrooms in 6,271 s.f. of luxurious customizable space. With the flexibility of the floorplans, and options of attached and/or detached casitas, a single Trevi home can offer up to four separate living suites, ideal for multi-generational households.

Construction of the Orchard Hills master planned community commenced prior to the economic downturn and then was placed on hold. When the project restarted, Fuscoe Engineering was chosen to provide precise grading plans, construction staking, a SWPPP and a WQMP for both the Trevi model complex and the entire community. The Fuscoe team is also providing refined precise grading for finished landscape options for individual homeowners.
