Fuscoe Engineering is involved in the feasibility and concept design of the highly anticipated Great Park, the reuse of the former El Toro Marine Corps Air Station. FEI's role in the planning includes the restoration concepts of the riparian corridors and habitat wetlands within the park to minimize flood control and water quality impacts downstream, as well as the enhancement of a wildlife corridor adjacent to the restored streams. FEI is also the core consultant for new and salvaged infrastructure design, cost proformas, as well as EIR and zoning documents and technical graphics for clearances by multiple agencies.
