Brittany is a highly respected and talented Project Manager with exceptional credentials. She is a licensed Professional Engineer, an Envision Sustainability Professional, a Qualified SWPPP Developer and a LEED® Accredited Professional. With over 15 years of experience, Brittany has successfully executed private and public development portfolios in the city of Los Angeles and surrounding regions. She is a dedicated team player striving to always meet client needs while delivering accurate projects on time.
As a project manager, Brittany is responsible for providing design leadership and coordination through all phases of a project from conceptual design through construction, as well as managing the project schedules and budgets. She has become an invaluable member of Fuscoe Engineering’s Los Angeles team.
Brittany’s project work background includes hotel developments, urban mixed-use and multi-family residential developments, ground up office parks, recreational complexes, entertainment studios and senior housing. Her institutional experience consists of hospital improvements, museum upgrades and expansions, and higher education campuses.
Brittany is currently managing the Westfield Topanga Cinema Expansion in Canoga Park for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, the Lumen commercial and office redevelopment in West Los Angeles for McCarthy Cook & Company, the Sunrise Assisted Living Housing project in Orange for Sunrise Senior Living, and the UCLA Olive View Medical Campus Design-Build projects in Sylmar for County of Los Angeles. Her project experience also includes multiple Costco Wholesale locations, Erewhon Markets Santa Monica, San Fernando Mental Health Facility and Ventura Estates Plaza Thousand Oaks. Brittany is a resident of Playa Del Rey, CA and earned her BS degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
