Project Description

Broadcom Corporate Campus

Broadcom selected the 72-acre site for its corporate campus, which is expected to be the largest new office development in the city in more than a decade. This massive corporate campus, comprised of seven office buildings and two parking structures, will exceed 1.1M sf in size and is expected to cost approximately $800M. This complex project requires an immense amount of coordination to maintain a tight schedule. To aid in this pursuit, the Fuscoe team performed 3D modeling of site grading and utilities, which were integrated with various other project models. Utility conflicts were identified early to mitigate risk and minimize cost. Due to the verticality of this project, which includes a raised plaza area spanning over a public roadway, 3D models were an essential tool to maintaining progress on a project of this scale. The Fuscoe team is providing comprehensive civil engineering and stormwater management services for this iconic project.
