We’re using new tools to support all phases of design including optical capture surveys; photorealistic 3D visualization using augmented reality “view simulations”; and now virtual reality where you can enter and explore your project before it’s built! Our technology services can also be fully incorporated into Building Information Modeling (BIM). Together, our technology services are indispensable for optimized, informed decision-making, collaboration and project success.

Mandarin Oriental Residences

This six-story mixed-use podium development, houses 54 ultra-luxury condominium units over 6,000 gsf ground floor retail space, with three levels of subterranean parking. Fuscoe Engineering developed a unique stormwater management solution, entailing a bio-filtration planter program coupled with a basement-level stormwater cistern to serve the on-site irrigation demands.

Olive View – UCLA Medical Center

One of the first Restorative Care Villages to be completed as part of LA County’s Master Plan, and is also the first public modular project to achieve LEED® Gold Certification. Designed as a solution to stop the cycle of homelessness, offering immediate help for those in crisis to embark on a path of long-term healing.
