Jill provides executive leadership and oversight of financial accounting systems with a results-driven approach. Jill is a resourceful and self-motivated professional with experience in start-ups and rapid growth environments, private and public companies, and both domestic and international operations. Her background includes SEC compliance and management of finance, accounting, treasury management, risk management, human resources and IT departments. In her role as President and CFO, Jill leads Fuscoe’s business strategy and long-term growth initiatives while ensuring the firm’s financial strength and operating efficiency. Through close collaboration with Fuscoe’s CEO, board of directors, and business leaders, she drives strategic planning to support enhanced shareholder value and position the company for expansion.
