With a distinguished career spanning more than 50 years, Pat Fuscoe has brought passion, innovation, and collaboration to every stage of his professional journey. As the Founder of Fuscoe Engineering, Inc., he has helped shape communities, build lasting client relationships, mentor future engineers, and cultivate a company culture that continues to inspire. Recognized alongside homebuilders, general contractors, and developers for their impact on the homebuilding industry, Pat is one of only two civil engineers to receive the honor of being inducted into the California Homebuilding Foundation’s Hall of Fame.

Pat has served as lead engineer on numerous acclaimed projects across California and beyond, including the Woodbridge Community in Irvine. The process of designing the large master-planned community, as well as the experience of witnessing the residents enjoying their homes, defined what would become Pat’s lifelong purpose: to design remarkable places for people.

Pat founded Fuscoe in 1992 with distinct core values that led to the development of our brand philosophy, Full Circle Thinking^®: an approach that considers Research, Design, Construction, and Performance as an interconnected whole. Following Pat’s retirement in 2023, that philosophy remains at the heart of our work as we create places where people live, work, and play.
