IRVINE, CALIFORNIA – August 3, 2026 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to congratulate its Founder, Patrick Fuscoe, PE, on being inducted into the California Homebuilding Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Leaders are selected annually by the Foundation for their career achievements and impact on California’s homebuilding industry. This recognition is a celebration of Pat’s career-defining commitment to designing remarkable places that support people, communities, and the environment.

With a distinguished career spanning more than 50 years, Patrick Fuscoe has brought passion, innovation, and collaboration to every stage of his professional journey. Pat earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from USC Viterbi School of Engineering, later establishing Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. in 1992. Pat founded the firm with distinct core values that led to the development of Fuscoe’s brand philosophy, Full Circle Thinking^®: an approach that considers Research, Design, Construction, and Performance as an interconnected whole. Under his leadership, Fuscoe became recognized for its thoughtful integration of the built and natural environments, delivering projects that are both functional and sustainable.

Recognized alongside homebuilders, general contractors, and developers for their impact on the homebuilding industry, Pat is one of only two distinguished civil engineers to receive the honor of being inducted into the California Homebuilding Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Pat has served as lead engineer on numerous acclaimed projects across California and beyond, including the Woodbridge Community in Irvine. The process of designing the large master-planned community, as well as the experience of witnessing the residents enjoying their homes, defined what would become Pat’s lifelong purpose: to design remarkable places for people.

“I am truly honored to be recognized by the California Homebuilding Foundation and be included in the Hall of Fame,” said Pat Fuscoe. “I have spent over 50 years helping builders make remarkable places, and I appreciate and cherish the lifelong relationships I have with them.”.

Renowned for his exceptional communication skills, Pat is a dynamic speaker who has shared his expertise through public presentations, lectures, and media interviews. A passionate advocate for innovation and education, Pat actively supports university partnerships, mentoring the next generation of engineers through teaching, lecturing, and sharing real-world insights with students at UC Irvine, USC and Chapman University. Pat also holds Life Member Status with ASCE-OC.

Pat has been married to his wife, Bonnie, for 48 years, and they currently reside in Newport Coast. They have two adult children and are delighted grandparents to two granddaughters.
