ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA – August 18, 2026 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to welcome Jesse Kent, PE, QSD/P to its Ontario office as a Project Manager. With over 10 years of experience, Jesse will provide his expertise to clients throughout the Inland Empire.

Jesse is a collaborative Project Manager committed to delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service. He has worked extensively supporting the delivery of private residential, master-planned community, and commercial developments throughout Ontario and the Inland Empire. Jesse’s familiarity with regional requirements and proactive project management solutions help keep projects on schedule and aligned with key objectives.

Jesse has managed a diverse range of developments, overseeing the preparation of civil engineering plans and technical reports, including precise grading plans, erosion control plans, SWPPPs, WQMPs, water studies, and sewer studies. He works closely with project teams, agencies, and contractors to resolve design and construction challenges while maintaining project momentum and quality. Known for his responsive communication and practical approach to problem-solving, Jesse effectively coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient solutions from planning through construction. His experience includes projects for clients such as Lewis Homes, Lennar, Shea Homes, Century Communities, and Risewell Homes (formerly Landsea).
