LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – September 15, 2026 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to welcome Jeremy Koch, PE, to its Los Angeles office as a Project Manager. Jeremy joins Fuscoe from the Bay Area, bringing his 10+ years of experience delivering civil engineering and land development projects to the firm’s Southern California clients.

Jeremy oversees all phases of project delivery, with a strong focus on schedule, budget, and quality management. With extensive experience delivering complex projects, Jeremy is skilled at ensuring collaboration among clients, public agencies, consultants, contractors, and project teams. His diverse portfolio spans both public and private sectors, including commercial developments, capital improvement projects, pavement rehabilitation programs, stormwater management facilities, and site infrastructure improvements.

Jeremy has successfully supported projects for clients such as Genentech, Lyft, Healthpeak Life Science, PMA, Inc., Sunrise Senior Living, and the City of South San Francisco. Jeremy’s experience navigating regulatory requirements while maintaining project objectives will support project success across the firm’s Los Angeles portfolio.
