The Row at Red Hill mixed-use development is a 1,060-unit wrap-style project with 80,000 sf of commercial/retail space on 14.7 acres at the corner of Warner and Redhill Avenues.

This five-phase project is comprised of four five-story residential buildings, each with its own pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and leasing office, and a separate retail building and plaza. Pocket parks, open space and tree-lined paseos weave throughout the complex.

Due to its density, the site required creative solutions for utilities, trees, paths, fire access, parking, floor elevations, and a siphon connection to OCSD, in addition to design coordination for an offsite median and traffic conditions straddling Santa Ana and Tustin, and with the BNSF railroad and Orange County Flood.
