Fuscoe provided comprehensive civil engineering services for Bryson Legacy, a 64-unit affordable housing community in LA’s historic MacArthur Park. Our work ensured seamless integration with the adjacent Bryson Apartment Hotel while meeting the project’s modern design goals.

On this tight infill site, we navigated complex challenges including a shared property line, wall and gate removals, transformer preservation, and stormwater management. Services included due diligence reporting, topographic and ALTA surveys, grading plans, utility design, drainage and LID plans, and offsite street improvements.
