Carol is a proactive project manager who has successfully delivered a wide range of civil engineering projects throughout Southern California. She brings a detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach to every project, with a strong ability to navigate agency review processes and keep projects on track. Carol’s project experience includes multi-family developments, education campuses, and industrial and commercial sectors, with notable clients such as Malick Infill Development, University of San Diego, Hitzke Development, and City of Oceanside.
