Irvine High School Performing Arts Center

Irvine Unified School District

A modern performing arts facility elevating arts education and community engagement at Irvine High School.

Designed by Ruhnau Clarke Architects, the Irvine High School Performing Arts Center is a 25,000-square-foot, ground‑up facility serving both students and the broader community. The center features a 650‑seat theatre with a full production stage, advanced sound, lighting, and rigging systems, along with supporting spaces including a lobby, dressing rooms, scene shop, black box theatre, and outdoor performance and gathering areas. Fuscoe provided comprehensive construction staking services throughout all phases of construction, supporting site demolition, utility relocations, grading, and ground improvements. The team delivered precise layout for site, building, and interior theatre elements—including curved seating, aisles, lighting, and stairs — ensuring accurate execution of the complex architectural and performance-driven design.
