IRVINE, CALIFORNIA – February 12, 2026 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Luk + Associates, an experienced civil engineering, surveying, and land planning firm in Hercules, CA. Headquartered in Southern California, Fuscoe expands its Northern California footprint through the acquisition, offering enhanced services to Bay Area clients.

Founded in 1992, Luk + Associates has supported hundreds of clients and projects throughout the region, with its expertise in affordable and market-rate housing developments, as well as commercial and institutional projects. This acquisition provides clients of both firms with an extended team of professionals dedicated to delivering successful projects.

A licensed civil engineer and professional land surveyor with extensive experience in the area, Jackie Luk, PE, PLS, will bring her unique expertise to the Fuscoe leadership team as Principal of the East Bay office.
