Widening the Arc of Leadership – New Leadership Roles
Following a milestone year for Fuscoe, we are proud to build on that momentum by announcing the promotion of four dedicated firm leaders. Jill Littley, President and Ian Adam, MESM, CPSWQ, Chief Operating Officer, have advanced within Fuscoe’s executive leadership team. In addition, Bryan Smith, PE, and Robin Robinson have been appointed as Vice Presidents. John Olivier, PE, will continue to serve as Fuscoe’s CEO – a role he has held since 2022, following founder Patrick Fuscoe’s retirement. These promotions further strengthen our executive team, alongside Oriana Slasor, PE, VP, OC Engineering, and reflect our ongoing commitment to leadership growth and organizational excellence.

Promoted To President

In her role as President and CFO, Jill leads Fuscoe’s business strategy and long-term growth initiatives while ensuring the firm’s financial strength and operating efficiency. Through close collaboration with our CEO, board of directors, and business leaders, she drives strategic planning to support enhanced shareholder value and position the company for expansion. This has included the successful acquisition and integration of two firms in the past year, allowing Fuscoe to broaden its geographic reach and strengthen its service offerings. Jill also led the firm’s transition to becoming a 100% employee-owned company, reinforcing Fuscoe’s commitment to long-term value creation and employee engagement.

Promoted To Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Ian is responsible for optimizing Fuscoe’s operational performance to ensure client service and project delivery that continue to cement our reputation as an industry leader. With a key focus on technical staff development, project management, and quality assurance, Ian will offer expert support in the continuous improvement and implementation of innovative systems and procedures. Ian also leads Fuscoe’s strategic expansion of Specialty Practice services and public agency work.
BRYAN SMITH, PE
Promoted To Vice President, San Diego Region

In this elevated role, Bryan will oversee the strategic direction and alignment of Fuscoe’s growing San Diego footprint. Bryan has served as the Principal of our San Diego office since 2023, and has been a driving force in the office’s growth and operational success. Following the recent acquisition of our Downtown San Diego office, Bryan will now lead and oversee operations for both San Diego offices while continuing to expand his leadership across firmwide initiatives. Bryan has consistently served as a trusted advisor to his clients and team, drawing on his in-depth understanding of the region’s regulatory and engineering frameworks.
Robin Robinson
Promoted To Vice President, Marketing

In her role as VP, Marketing, Robin leverages her extensive knowledge of the A/E/C industry to guide strategic initiatives and expand Fuscoe’s market presence. Robin passionately oversees the marketing, public relations, business development, and client relations activities for each of Fuscoe’s six offices – including our recently acquired East Bay office. Robin actively represents Fuscoe in the industry through participation in the Building Industry Association of Southern California, SAGE (55+ Housing), Urban Land Institute, Society for Marketing Professional Services, Los Angeles Headquarters Association, NAIOP SoCal, and Design-Build Institute of America. Robin is passionate about advancing housing solutions for people experiencing homelessness and serves as a HomeAid Ambassador for the OC|LA chapter.
