IRVINE, CALIFORNIA – January 15, 2026 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to welcome Kevin Kopp, PE, to its San Diego office as a Senior Project Manager. An experienced stormwater engineer, Kevin will provide his expertise to the San Diego region, as well as to the firm’s other offices throughout California.

A San Diego resident, Kevin brings an in-depth understanding of the region’s infrastructure needs and a personal commitment to improving his community. He has led multidisciplinary teams on a wide variety of projects, including stormwater improvements, water infrastructure, roadway, and grading. Known for his detail-oriented approach and strong QA/QC practices, Kevin has provided services to clients such as San Diego County, Los Angeles County, San Francisco Public Works, and Irvine Ranch Water District.

Throughout Fuscoe’s 30+ year history, the firm has completed a significant number of public agency and institutional projects – from flood control and roadway improvements, to parks, educational facilities, community centers, and hospitals. In support of this market sector, Kevin brings his experience managing major public initiatives, including stormwater improvements, water main replacements, canal assessments, and on-call engineering programs.

In his new role, Kevin will lead Fuscoe’s pursuit of public agency work, with a focus on stormwater improvement projects. He will also support the firm’s land development teams by providing drainage and water-quality engineering expertise. Kevin’s collaborative approach, technical acumen, and effective communication capabilities are highly aligned with the level of service that Fuscoe’s clients anticipate.

Kevin received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Humboldt, and completed graduate research in Civil Engineering at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Kevin resides with his family in San Diego.
