Kevin Kopp, PE, is a Senior Project Manager who leads Fuscoe’s public works team. With more than 10 years of experience delivering projects across California, Kevin brings agencies, stakeholders and project teams together around clear communication and shared goals. His work includes serving as Engineer of Record and project manager for municipal projects such as the Doheny Campground Revitalization, where coordination among multiple agencies was essential to resolving stormwater infrastructure challenges.

Kevin Kopp, PE, serves as project manager and lead civil engineer for the comprehensive revitalization of Doheny State Campground. The multi-agency effort brings together South Coast Water District, California State Parks, Caltrans, Orange County Flood Control District, and others to coordinate major site improvements with regional water infrastructure.

To combat sea-level rise projections, the entire campground is being raised and modernized. This includes upgrading RV hookups, adding new tent camping, replacing restrooms and showers, installing new water, sewer, and fire water mains, and improving site-wide accessibility alongside a new multimodal path. Furthermore, Kevin is coordinating these extensive site upgrades, including vital storm drain replacements and water quality improvements, in tandem with the South Coast Water District’s Doheny Ocean Desalination Project, delivering long-term resilience for the campground and surrounding community.
