Sam Jacoby, PE, QSD and Tanja Brix, PE Join Fuscoe’s Irvine Office
Sam Jacoby, PE, QSD, and Tanja Brix, PE, have recently joined Fuscoe’s Irvine office as Senior Project Managers. With more than 20 years of civil engineering experience each, they will offer practical insight and seasoned leadership to our Orange County clients and the communities we serve.

As a Senior Project Manager at Fuscoe, Sam leverages extensive experience delivering civil engineering solutions for a wide range of land development projects. With a background supporting design, construction, and management, he effectively leads multidisciplinary teams and guides clients through complex and evolving regulatory environments. Sam has managed a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Southern California and more than 30 states nationwide, including retail, multi-family residential, and industrial developments. Known for his proactive approach and ability to navigate challenges with practical, forward-thinking solutions, he is a trusted partner to both clients and project teams. His experience includes work for clients such as Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Pacific Property Partners, and Tharaldson Hospitality.
