This solar power plant was constructed on approximately 1,400 acres of land with an anticipated total capacity of 160MW, including one substation.

The project is located at the confluence of 3 major washes that run through Maricopa County. The floodplain from the washes extend significantly into the site which influenced the design of the solar panels. Fuscoe worked with local jurisdictions to determine the best path forward to grade the site in a way that both alleviated the floodplain impacts to the solar panels and neighboring properties. The final design successfully achieved both goals which lead to significant savings and a successful project.
