Clark Construction Group – California LP with City of Anaheim

This three-level Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) terminal building is the first transit station to achieve top LEED® Platinum certification. This multi-purpose civic development also features retail, restaurant and office space; interior and exterior public plaza areas and art; landscaping; electrical vehicle charging stations; and bicycle access to the Santa Ana River Trail.

Fuscoe provided full construction staking for the vibrant and visionary 16-acre, 67,000sf ARTIC project, designed by PB/HOK. Standing 110 feet tall, the ARTIC building is truly an iconic regional landmark and is recognized as the most complicated steel structure ever built. ARTIC promises to be a major Southern California transit hub and serves 40+ million visitors annually through 10 different transportation modes, including Metrolink, Amtrak, OCTA bus, Anaheim Resort Transportation, shuttles, taxis, and tour and charter buses.
