Bryan is noted for his exceptional diligence, creative problem-solving abilities, and a bias for action. Bryan has served as the Principal of Fuscoe’s San Diego office since 2023, and has been a driving force in the office’s growth and operational success. Following the recent acquisition of the firm’s Downtown San Diego office, Bryan now leads and oversees operations for both San Diego offices while continuing to expand his leadership across firmwide initiatives. Bryan has consistently served as a trusted advisor to his clients and team, drawing on his in-depth understanding of the region’s regulatory and engineering frameworks. His experience has included oversight of projects of all types, from higher education, commercial office buildings and retail centers, to urban infill and mixed-use residential developments.
