Fuscoe provided comprehensive civil engineering services for Bryson Legacy, a 64-unit affordable housing community in LA’s historic MacArthur Park. Our work ensured seamless integration of this project with the adjacent historic Bryson Apartment Hotel – while achieving the project’s goals.

On this tight infill site, we navigated complex challenges including a shared property line, wall and gate removals, preserving the existing transformer while accommodating a new one, and stormwater management. Services included due diligence reporting, topographic and ALTA surveys, grading plans, utility design, drainage and LID plans, and offsite street improvements.
