The massive LEED® Silver Caltrans District 7 headquarters building sits on a whole city block and is a centerpiece of Los Angeles’ downtown renaissance.
The project received the full measure of Fuscoe’s civil, land surveying and mapping services, including boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, street and airspace dedications and vacations, high-rise control, street improvement plans for all four streets, and sewer, water and storm drain wet utility services. Construction was completed on schedule and within a budget of approximately $190 million.
