Casa Blanca Elementary School

GO Architects for Riverside Unified School District

A long-anticipated rebuild delivers a modern, community-centered elementary school serving the Riverside community.

More than 50 years after its original closure, Casa Blanca Elementary School was rebuilt as a new, ground-up campus serving approximately 800 Transitional Kindergarten through sixth-grade students. Located on a 10-acre site between Villegas Park and the Sergeant Salvador J. Lara Casa Blanca Library, the school features classrooms, support buildings, play areas, and outdoor learning spaces funded by Measure O. Fuscoe provided preliminary and final civil engineering services, including on-site infrastructure and off-site street improvements, coordinating closely with the Division of the State Architect, the City of Riverside, and the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to secure approvals and ensure compliance with regional drainage requirements.
