The Citizens Solar site is approximately 1,200 acres and includes a five-mile long, 230KV gen-tie from the switchyard to the Imperial Valley substation.

The Fuscoe team prepared a separate set of Phase 1 grading plans for the project substation and a switchyard that will be turned over to the utility at the time of future interconnection. The Phase 1 plans also included grading design for the onsite portion of the gen-tie and the access road to the switchyard and project O&M building. For the gen-tie, Fuscoe prepared grading plans, as well as technical documents for the construction of the access road and monopole work pads.
