As COO, Ian is responsible for optimizing Fuscoe’s operational performance to continue to cement Fuscoe’s reputation as an industry leader. With a key focus on technical staff development, project management, and quality assurance, Ian offers expert support in the continuous improvement and implementation of innovative systems and procedures. Ian also leads Fuscoe’s strategic expansion of Specialty Practice services and public agency work. His expertise in water quality, combined with his focus on geospatial technologies for the public and private sector, allows him to offer a unique leadership skillset.
