This project proposes to develop a solar power plant on approximately 500 acres of land with an anticipated total capacity of 103MW, with one substation and one switchyard.

Fuscoe coordinated with the Imperial County departments including the Fire Department and Imperial Irrigation District during the design phase. The project site is located between the US/Mexico Border and the All-American Canal off of a Caltrans highway in Imperial County. Due to the project location, there were approximately 7 jurisdictions with a vested interest in the development of the project. The volume of jurisdictions required tactful coordination between all parties to ensure all requirements were satisfied and the project would be permitted. After months of coordination, the project was officially approved for construction. Fuscoe’s initiative, responsiveness, and document support had a substantial impact on the success of the permitting process.
